"Return was okay, just kinda slow"
I sent something back to greatzoo.org because it wasn’t really what I thought it’d be. The return steps were clear, so that part was fine, but I did have to email them twice just to see what was up. The refund did come through eventually, which was good, but it took longer than I expected and the updates were kinda slow. Overall, not awful, but not exactly amazing either.

I didn’t feel comfortable using this site. The information was unclear, and I couldn’t really tell who was behind it, which made me hesitate. Maybe everything is legitimate, but the whole experience felt off enough that I left quickly. If this was supposed to be a reliable service, I’d expect some kind of explanation or compensation for the time wasted and the lack of transparency.

"Helpful, but a little slow"
It did help, honestly. Got what I needed in the end. Just took longer than I expected, which was a bit frustrating. But yeah, overall it was useful.

"Felt overpriced and not worth the effort"
The prices felt really unfair for what I actually got. I kept expecting it to feel worth it at some point, but it just didn’t. Kind of annoying because I wasted energy trying to make the best of it when I should’ve just gone somewhere else.

"Rewards didn’t really feel worth the effort"
I gave the loyalty rewards a try, but they were more confusing than useful. It took too much effort to figure out how to use them, and the actual benefits felt small. In the end, I don’t think they’re worth bothering with.

"I’m not totally sure what happened during…"
I’m not totally sure what happened during shipping, but the packaging was ripped when it arrived and the items inside looked like they’d been tossed around a bit. Thankfully everything seemed mostly okay, but it definitely didn’t leave the best impression...

I checked out greatzoo.org hoping to find more of the brands I already know and trust, but honestly... the selection felt limited!!! The site itself was fine, easy enough to look through, but there just wasn’t much variety for what I was looking for?? Kind of a bummer, because I expected more choices.

The suitability tips didn’t really match my dog at all. It felt like they were pushing a generic recommendation rather than actually considering what would work for him, which made me question what the advice was really based on.

"Not really worth it"
I was disappointed with this. The website made it sound like it was good quality, so I was confused when it showed up feeling kind of cheap. After just a few days, it already broke. Definitely not what I thought I was paying for

"Kind of Embarrassing How Little I Could Find"
I felt a little embarrassed walking around with barely anything in my cart, but so many of the items I came in for were out of stock. I ended up leaving with only a few things and had to shop somewhere else to finish my list.

"Codes were kind of hit or miss"
I tried a few codes and only one actually went through. Even then, the discount wasn’t what I expected based on what it showed. Not sure if I missed something or if the info was just off, but it was a little frustrating

Just a heads up if you’re thinking about signing up: canceling was a real hassle. I tried to end my subscription and it was not straightforward at all. I had to click around a bunch just to figure out where to go, and the whole process felt way more complicated than it needed to be. Frustrating experience.

"Tired of Chasing for Updates"
The communication was disappointing. I kept waiting for updates and ended up having to chase things myself most of the time. The replies were slow, and when I did get a response, it didn’t really explain much. At some point I just felt worn out from constantly following up. Even a quick message would’ve made a big difference, but instead I was left guessing. Maybe other people had a better experience, but for me it was frustrating and not worth the stress.

"Frustrating account mess"
I had a really annoying time with my account on greatzoo.org, I was just trying to change my email and password and it kept throwing errors at me, then it would randomly log me out like I had done something wrong.

The support team did get back to me eventually but it was slow and the replies felt super generic, like they were just pasting the same message over and over, and it took way too long to fix something as basic as getting back into my account, not a great experience.

"My order was messed up"
I ordered a few things from greatzoo.org, and when the package finally showed up, it wasn’t even right. One item was the wrong size and another one was just missing completely. I emailed them, but getting a straight answer took way too long, which was so irritating. I just wanted what I paid for without having to chase them around. I wouldn’t bother ordering from them again.
